About Zak
Zak believes there is no place more sacred than one's home.
The founder of Resnick Property Group, Zak works with individuals, investors, and developers interested in the city's best and most desirable properties. An action-oriented agent, he is known for his extremely detailed eye, meticulous work ethic, carefully curated style, and dedication to his clients. He earns their respect by working tirelessly on their behalf and always promises to offer clear, educated, practical, and real advice.
With a focus on Manhattan and Brooklyn sales, as well as experience in renovation, interiors and design, Zak excels at connecting the right people with the right projects. Each project demands a different skill set and he prides himself on his ability to adapt to the will of the property.
Zak graduated with a degree in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University and spent his first 15 years in New York working on and off Broadway. The skills he learned on those stages and in those rehearsal rooms continue to help him today.
An avid fan of fitness, you can usually spot Zak at your local gym, on a nearby Catskills hiking trail, or on the beach in the Hamptons.
