"Ms. Zohar Daniel was more than just a buyer's agent. She was involved from negotiating the house that initially was above my budget until the house keys were delivered. When I found a house I really liked but priced above my budget, I just mentioned Ms. Daniel I'd like a house like that but priced a little lower. She just said, let's try with the price you can afford, and after few back and forth, she got the deal for the price I could afford. I was so happy with what she accomplished, but after the home inspection, she said let's ask for some credit for minor repairs. I thought that was not possible after getting big discount, but she also got the extra credit. The loan took longer than expected, and the close of escrow date passed. There was a daily penalty for late closing, but she convinced the seller to remove the late fee, and only delivered the loan contingency signed when the loan was officially approved so that I don't lose the deposit in case the loan failed. Maybe in regular transactions all agents look similar, but when in situations like mine, a dedicated and talented agent like Ms. Daniel makes all the difference."
