Bon Jovi Asks $22 Million For His Greenwich Village Condo

The condo of the world famous rocker is located at the Greenwich Lane complex and features panoramic views of the Hudson River and lower Manhattan thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The four bedroom unit is over 4,000 square feet and is home to a 40-foot living room, Juliet balconies and a private terrace. Compass agent Leonard Steinberg represents the project.
