Andrew White of 'Hot Properties: San Diego' Selling Carlsbad Mansion

As originally published on Robb Report, the San Diego estate being sold by Andrew White is  located in Carlsbad. The Art Deco-style home  is made up of two separate wings that are nearly homes themselves. 

The property, known as Le Grand Blanc, was bought for $3.8 million in 2021 by Andrew White, former host of Hot Properties: San Diego and owner of Method Development, a building and development company. The property is listed by agent Seth O’Byrne of Compass.
