The Wall Street Journal reports the roughly 30,000-square-foot home in the Indianapolis suburb of Zionsville has three swimming pools and a bowling alley. About 20 miles from downtown Indianapolis, it sits on roughly 2.2 acres and overlooks a 30-acre lake according to Compass agent Carrie Holle.

The home is poised to become one of the most expensive sales recorded in Zionsville, according to Ms. Holle. The current record holder is a home that sold for $8 million in 2005. Read the full article at WSJ.
