The barn has a wireless camera system with motion sensor exterior lighting and an extensive ventilation system with 2 jumbo exhaust fans and 6 ceiling fans. Attached to the barn for easy interior access is an indoor arena (196’ x 72’ with a 2' kick wall) with updated footing that was replaced in 2019 with a composite of sand, felt, and rubber. There is a viewing room that overlooks the arena from the tack room. The indoor arena has excellent ventilation with three entrances, two jumbo exhaust fans and 10 screened windows. On the other side of the barn is the fenced outdoor riding ring measuring 200' x 150' with a blue stone and sand composite footing. The farm offers 4 large fenced paddocks with water spigots, electricity, and one with an enclosed 36' x 12' run in shed. There is also a large partially enclosed metal equipment shed (80’ x 30’) with two exhaust fans and two above ground fuel tanks for diesel and premium gas. Other important features include FIOS highspeed internet into the barn and an installed backup generator. Located in the heart of horse county, the farm is surrounded by plenty of riding trails.
