Entering the foyer, the original graphic-patterned encaustic tile floor is showcased. Once inside, the stairwell, decorative newel post, wood trim provide warmth — simply and beautifully. A restored JL Mott sink and bronze base makes a room that is too often an afterthought, a true feature. JL Mott manufactured the Cadillac of sinks in its day and the new custom brass hardware adds distinctive 21st century flair.
