Located in the Ridge Road area of northern Elbert County, the ranch borders the historic Proudfoot Ranch. Deer Trail is home of the world’s first rodeo and is an historic cattle trail town. The property is about 10 miles south of Byers Colorado and 10 east of Deer Trail.
