The neighbors are wonderful, and walking is a favorite pastime so you will get to know many of them. LOT: The house is on a corner lot so even though you don’t own the corner common area, it is like having one of the largest yards in the neighborhood and you don’t have to cut the grass for most of it. ENERGY EFFICIENCY: The electric bill has been under $100 a month. August was one of the higher bills at $92 last year. This is due to the excellent construction, insulation and an ENERGY RECOVERY VENTILATION system which also filters the air in every room as it cools and heats. You have the option to run it as a filter without running heating and cooling, if wanted. The house is SOLAR-READY but we chose not to add solar panels since the bill is so low. I love everything about this home. The location is great with a nice view of trees and a pond instead of just seeing other houses or an up close view of trees.
