Most of the original 1913 building materials have been brought back to life. All original wood floors, doors, window frames & windows, etc. were stripped of old paint applied since 1913. Exception:
Only two French payne glass doors & two screen doors that have been installed at rear entrances to house. Original 1913 brass door hardware was removed, taken to a business specializing in brass restoration. Door knobs polished & tarnish removed. Next, brass was taken to a business & a clear coat on brass was applied to prevent tarnishing.
Built in dining hutch & mirror, glass doors plus Bookcases in living room. Lath plaster walls, Crown & Base Moulding. Some repairs to lath & plaster had to be done with drywall. EXHAUST FANS in both bathrooms equipped with BLUE TOOTH Speakers. Listen to music, news, sports while bathing. Brass faucets for tubs & sinks. Claw brass feet on tubs. TOILETS: Unique mounted/wall hung toilets with tanks in wall in both bathrooms. All existing insulation in attic has been removed by TERMINIX. New insulation has been installed
New kitchen cabinets & drawers, New kitchen sink, New garbage disposal. New wall mount BRASS kitchen faucet. Placement of faucet is in exact same location as when original builder installed in 1913. IN GROUND POOL has been Re plastered, new beautiful blue tile installed. New white wrought iron fence.
