When there’s water close to the launch, you have full access to drop your boat/kayak/jet ski & enjoy your covered boat slip, or fish off the dock to catch some of the many varieties our beautiful getaway offers. You will have opportunities to take photos of wildlife & beautiful scenery as you walk the many trails surrounding the property. Cottonwood Cove is the last resort on the way to the very popular Fall Creek Vineyards. We’re also within 20-30 minutes from restaurants, shopping, & more. Water levels vary and are currently low. If cabin 10 doesn't work for you, we also have other units available- Cabins 7&8 are $795 a month & have gas stoves. Cabins 4&5 are $895 per month & have electric stoves. Utilities are allocated at $100 per month on the smaller units.
