Once there, you have access to a conference room, workspaces, break room & surfboards, yes, only in Hermosa, lol. Parking on-site and/or on Hermosa Ave. with a guest parking pass. We also offer an on-site gym with high-end equipment (Peloton, treadmill, "The Mirror", and free weights. All of our apts. are deep cleaned. All our apartments are deep cleaned. We will also sanitize with UV-C light rays of light killing more than 99% of bacteria, molds, and viruses on surfaces (inc. furniture, walls, ceilings, and fixtures) upon request. The Casa Premiere is one of 4 apartments in a small well kept building. The Casa Premiere is located at the rear of the building.
