It is a few minute's drive to the pristine beaches of Dune Road or the town of Westhampton Beach. Swing/slide playset outside, 2 smart TVs, and wifi throughout. Play tennis and pickleball on the har-tru court, and take lessons at The Barn 1 block away. Horseshoes and plenty of lawn for games. The area is ideal for walking, running or cycling. 3 cruiser bikes are available with helmets and locks. Directly north is the Long Island Game Farm, Atlantis Aquarium, and the gateway to wine tasting on the North Shore.
