What the seller loves about this home

This home has been in our family for over 20 years. We have personally owned it for over 10 years. It is a beautiful place with an incredible view. Many years we would spend the 4th of July there on the upstairs deck watching firework shows from all over the Highland Lakes -- Kingsland, Granite Shoals, Marble Falls, and of course, Horseshoe Bay. Lots of room in this place makes it easy for entertaining and overnight guests. The neighborhood is lovely and every one in the complex is an owner.
