Exterior walls have been injected with Rocky Mountain retro foam, which reduces the heating & cooling costs. Fireplace has a cast iron wood burning stove insert that can heat the whole house and you can cook on if the power goes out during a snowstorm. When the “Bomb Cyclone” hit us in 2019 we didn’t have power for a while and the whole house stayed around 70 degrees the entire time. It comes with a washer and dryer in the basement covered by the warranty. Please ask about the secret when you tour the house, and I will share the secret with you at that time. You can walk to everything you might want or need, including grocery stores, restaurants, Dr offices, Dentists, Wonderland brewery, Home Depot, Kohls, Staples, fast food, the public library, a skate park, batting cages, many parks, the local elementary school, yoga, messages, entertainment. The neighborhood has an executive golf course, tennis courts, basketball court, swimming pool, kiddie pool, clubhouse, volleyball court, horseshoe court, baseball field, soccer/football field, greenbelt path, and much more.
