We r purposely starting low to attract more buyers and offers. zillow says price it at $168,900. we don’t expect it to go that high though. we can be out within a month of the final sale. Summerset Village. best, cleanest, safest park in Corvallis. space rent is approximately $850-$950 (possibly less if they r running a special). that includes w/s/g too. bus comes two to three times an hr now during the school year right out at the street, less than 2 minute walk at a casual pace. there’s a pool in the park open during summer season. less than two miles to campus. very bike-able. it is moveable if you already have some property you want to put it on. please call or txt me with questions or if u would like to take a walk through. The house is very comfortable for 2-3 people and the park is the best in Corvallis. It was a gift from my father who passed away last January from cancer so that’s a big reason why i love this home. It was my starter home. Open Houses
