Third floor includes three additional roomy bedrooms, one of which overlooks the river and includes a sitting room. The third floor also includes a full bath with jacuzzi tub. Unfinished basement encompasses the expanse of the lot, is clean and provides plenty of room for storage. Attic is easily accessible via stairs off the third-floor hallway and is great for storage. Three electric heat pumps permit zone heating by floor, and gas hot water heater is adequate for large home and two Jacuzzis.
