I'm not a real estate agent. But I know that my next door neighbor sold half of her condo to friends that saw the investment potential and really just wanted a hard to get club membership. Since she only comes out for ski season it works. The rest of the time it's in Purgy's rental program, which includes 2 free season passes every year! We need to have a contract drawn up and made legal. we'd each get to pick 6 months a year. I'd get 1st pick for the 1st 2 years followed by 2 years 1st pick for you. I really have this ski bum thing taken to a very high level. I've been skiing Purg everyday for over 20 year's and it's all perfect! I wish I could do it another 20 but it's time to go sailing more and traveling more. I'd be looking to sell my half within 2 to 5 years giving you the 1st option to buy it. Everything is negotiable!
