This is a good rental property and hunting : deer, fox, turkey, quail, turtle, frogs, rabbit, squirrel, coyote, opossum, racoon, bobcat, groundhog, catfish, duck and geese. The farm has three phase usable electric that runs from one corner to the opposite corner on the other end of farm. It has approx. one and one fourth mile of Windstream fiberoptic line running the property line plus adjacent to a cell tower providing good cell service. The mineral rights go with the farm and has pyrite deposits recorded. There is also a two bedroom one bath older home with sunroom and attic on one acre of land and another well that produces 100 gal per min plus another entry gate to the farm. By purchasing the house with the farm will also provide water to the workshop from that third well. The water pipes were ran and hooked up to workshop but recently disconnected the water line.
