Extremely flexible design. Two adjoining bedrooms would be perfect for parents of young children/adult caretakers to be able to keep an eye conveniently. Medium walk in closets. Two equivalent sized living rooms, one well suited to serve as a master bedroom with separate entrance to the enclosed porch. Half the attic is finished and could be put to a use. Other half is partially insulated but just intended for storage purposes. Half the basement is finished with concrete floors, walls with Killz2 with mildew resistant stained wood framing and shelves, other half crawlspace. Decent shed fits a freezer and lawnmowers. Unique quirk is a legitimate 1950s Fall Out Shelter accessed in back yard. Not currently in service but I believe I identified how to restore electricity.
