Windows all have blinds, no curtains allowed. No wall mounting of TV, speakers, shelves etc. Wall decorations allowed, only with removable hanging strips. No holes. Stove, Microwave, Fridge, Washer & Dryer are already provided. (No dishwasher) Owner approval required for replacement. Air Filters are the responsibility of the tenant, must be changed monthly. Vehicle Maintenance or washing is not allowed on the premises. If your vehicle has oil or fluid leaks, clean-up and repair, including all cost will be tenant responsibility.
