Located at the east end of Boca Ciega Isle on the developer’s personal lot. The property is large enough to have its own private beach and 150 feet of seawall. The beach is perfect to relax and enjoy watching the boats go by – not to mention the dolphins too! The best fishing in the bay is within casting distance from my dock. Commercial fishermen can often be seen fishing within 20 yards of my dock. The white sand of St Pete Beach is only a three-minute drive or a ten-minute walk away. You won’t want to miss walking on our beaches and enjoying our beautiful sunsets. It’s an experience you should enjoy as often as possible. Boca Vista is also the perfect venue for a small private wedding, family reunion or just a private, quiet vacation getaway. MIN RENTAL 30 DAYS $300/Day Includes weekly cleaning.
