After the original build, three additions were added: one in the 1880s, one in the 1930s, and recently in the early 2000s with the addition of a 1-car garage with a finished room above. "Edgerley" features huge trees, wide lawns, garden space, and an in-ground pool. You’ll stay cozy all winter long with its roaring fireplace and radiant heat. A special feature of this property is the “Plank House” cottage, believed to have been built even earlier than the main house. Constructed of planks of 2-inch-thick oak set vertically between corner posts and beams, It was slightly enlarged in 1890, rehabbed in 1972, and has a completely rebuilt porch from the early 2000s.
