I truly have a passion for what I do. I love the challenges, the problem solving, and the strategizing in the real estate business as well as developing long-term friendships and making the process both successful and fun. I receive the most satisfaction from providing comprehensive and competent service to my clients while maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics.
I use my renovation knowledge and experience to help you gain the best return on your investment when selling or to evaluate a property for you to purchase. I've worked extensively with all types of properties including single-family homes, multiunit investment properties, fixers, new developments, condo conversions, and diverse commercial properties. My prior experience in engineering, technology, and many years of representing over 200 clients in real estate combine to offer a comprehensive understanding that brings unique value to the table.
After graduating in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts, I made the move to California and have enjoyed living in the East Bay for the last 30 years. I began to purchase property in my 20s. I love my current home and neighborhood in Rockridge. I enjoy being co-captain of our block, having annual block parties, walking to great local restaurants and shops, and working close to home and my family. My two children went to the local public elementary school where my wife and I were active members in the PTA. We continue to support the local public schools. I enjoy traveling, nature, sports, and all that California has to offer.
