Tremper and Phoenicia, and east back to Woodstock village, just short of reaching Rt 212, is the pond. A sign on the tree says "Grogkill Residents Only."   The shallow pond is for the enjoyment of the residents of Grogkill and their guests (the POND is not on this parcel). A small nominal yearly fee keeps the area clean.   The pond cascades a waterfall at one end and forms a flowing stream downhill.   There are Adirondack chairs, table to sit, relax in the shade.   A peaceful place indeed.
