Unit 513 is a large (456 interior square feet and almost 100 square feet on the lanai), nicely modernized fully furnished studio with central air conditioning and a washer/dryer in the unit. While the unit performs very well in the on-site vacation rental program, owners are free to live full time in the unit, consider it a second home or rent it to others on a long term or short term basis (using a rental management company of their choice). The HOA fees include insurance, reserves, ALL utilities and property management. If you are seeking a luxury property in upper West Maui, here is an option at an aggressive price point!
