The following is a synopsis of the entitlements and completed horizontal construction aspects being offered with the real estate:


1. Existing current/extended entitlements include zone change and tentative tract map. All final map conditions have been cleared except for conditions relating to public improvement bonding which will be the responsibility of the buyer. The entitlements were vested prior to the Linkage fee and JJJ making this one of the last (if not last) projects of its kind in the area – maybe even Los Angeles.

2. Wall and grading permits have been pulled and work on-site has commenced to complete all perimeter walls in order to rectify complex and irregular edge conditions including retaining walls and shoring.
