The best use of this lot, in my opinion, would be to take advantage of the lake view by building a two-story house, a house on stilts, barndominium, a multi-floor modular, the building and investment opportunities are quite numerous in the minimal restriction HOA, and low HOA fees. This lot in the north part of the lake. 30 minutes to New Braunfels or San Marcos, 60 minutes to downtown Austin or San Antonio. Come get away from it all, while paradoxically staying close enough to be in the middle of it all. Come see what you've been missing. Come take a look!
