What the seller loves about this home
It is amazing to not have to worry about closing your blinds, because your neighbors are far enough away that they can't see everything you do. There is so much space to just enjoy living the quiet and peaceful "country life". Every spring we welcome the nightly calls of the chuck-will's-widow bird. We have seen a wonderful variety of animals & insects (outside) in our time living here. One of our favorite things to do is to go outside during a full moon and see how the moon beams illuminate the sand, making it look like snow. The lightning bugs are fun to watch. We love the solid feel of the house and no steps to worry about. Save money each month by enjoying about 30 free channels from the antenna (we haven't missed cable or the bill for over 9 years!). Extra storage in the dining area benches. We could go on and on, but the short version is that this house is easy to feel at home
