It’s okay with you to have questions like “honey do you think our furniture will fit in this bedroom rather than honey do you want turn the sitting area in the master into your gigantic walk in closet with a shoe display wall. Keep in mind sqft price does not take a big outbuilding, acreage, a basement or walk-up attic into consideration. As fair as comparing the miles per gallon on a sedan versus a gasoline truck pulling a big boat. Willing to work with a buyer's agent as long as I can communicate with the prospective buyer. After all, no one knows the merits and benefits of the home better than the person who lived there for almost 20 years.
