The floors in entire home were replaced and entire kitchen was redone, as in past the studs, all in 2020. That includes replacing the insulation in the walls, and replacing the plywood under the floors. The kitchen floor was replaced with ceramic tiles. All plumbing was updated in 2021. In the kitchen existing upper cabinets were given a facelift w/ brand new doors and fresh paint, lower cabinets with tile counter tops, and stove installed in 2019. The refrigerator was purchased in 2020 The Kitchen sink also installed in 2020. There's so much that has already been done, all you have to do is decorate or paint if the cozy wood walls are not your style.
