Electrical rough in with wires pulled completed-no inspection. Rough heating is completed-no inspection. Plumbing is 90% done-no inspection. Cedar knolls double 4 siding Jamestown blue Norandex vinyl siding purchased from ABC supply. Deck materials purchased from Menards not installed still in bunk on site. The shingles were purchased from ABC and installed by a company. Land improvements: Engineering for retention ponds and runoff has been completed and approved by the village of Capron. All four foundations have been inspected and approved by the village of Capron . Main Sewer line has been installed to the back of the property and hooked up to first four unit building and tap on fees have been paid. Water tap on fee has been paid but not installed.
