Only minutes away, there is more picnic and water recreation at Dorchester Park on Whitney Point Lake, and both winter and summer recreation at Greek Peak Ski Resort.  Ithaca & Syracuse are both an hour or less away, as are Central NY Finger Lakes & the Wine Region.
