The roof is insulated and the 6 stalls each have a window and floors that are leveled with sand underneath the matts. The 9’ stall walls are made with durable custom made shiplap wood. The barn aisle has an electric outlet by each stall, measures 12’, has textured cement to avoid slipping, and allows plenty of space to drive a truck or tractor through for unloading feed or supplies. The tack room is also insulated measuring 12’ X 17’. The hot/cold wash rack is next to the barn, and the barnyard also has 3 outdoor grooming stalls to accommodate multiple horses. The 12x24 run-in shed has matts and is tall to accommodate big horses with only 2 walls to shelter the horses from prevailing winds. The two walls make it more inviting for 3 horses to take shelter. All the fields have electric wire, even the pasture near the road. This keeps horses safe and off the fence. The farm also has a 3 sided run-in shed for minis with their own paddock. Other fields also can be lit with flood lights from the house. In addition to all of the horse amenities, you can park all your toys and tractors in the 16’x20’ carport that is enclosed on three sides.
