Property was developed the summer of 2018 with electric service provided, new private well and septic system installed. The house is all electric with central air and heating, ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom, vaulted beam ceiling in the living room, kitchen and dining room open area and crown molding throughout the house. Whirlpool appliances in kitchen and a separate laundry room where a 50 gallon water heater is located inside wall.
