About

The Young Team Advisory, comprised of Anne Young, her two oldest daughters – Amanda and Christina Young -- and Laura Kawwa, has had a longstanding and successful real estate practice in New York City, with over 50 years of combined industry experience. The success of the Young Team Advisory is in large part due to our loyal referral network of clients, family, friends, and colleagues; often with first-hand knowledge of our thoughtful approach, diligence and steadfast commitment to our clients.

In September 2018, the Young Team Advisory joined Compass -- a decision informed by our belief that Compass is the industry leader and disrupter of our time, a truly technology-forward real estate brokerage firm, uniquely capable of supporting our mission to provide the best possible service for our clients. We have deep roots in New York City: we understand that the city's micro-environments are in a constant state of flux, and we work diligently to understand and respond to these changes.

Anne Young

A uniquely accomplished 30-year industry veteran, Anne is widely recognized for the breadth of her influence as an agent, manager, and leader. Anne moved to New York City in 1970 and has lived here ever since, raising her four children amidst the dynamic and turbulent cityscape of the 1970s and '80s. Soon to be a grandmother of four, Anne has always been a lover of kids and prizes time with her grandchildren.

Amanda Young

A native New Yorker, Amanda started her career in marketing and branding before moving to real estate almost 20 years ago. She excels at understanding her clients, helping them to find the most perfect available real estate solution. Amanda speaks English and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French, Italian, and Catalan. A Spence School alum and current parent, she has served as Co-Chair of the alum Outreach Committee, and as a member of the Alum Board.

Christina Young

A native New Yorker, Christina started her career as a public school teacher, after which she worked as a tax and corporate lawyer for almost 15 years. Christina recently joined the Young Advisory Team to focus on strategy and operations. An incredible listener, she helps to break down what people are looking to achieve into actionable steps. Christina has three stepchildren and lives between the Upper West Side and Norwalk, Connecticut.

Laura Kawwa

A native New Yorker, Laura started her career in real estate in 2014 after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and a Minor in Legal Studies. Laura has an aptitude for tactical organization and maintaining grace under pressure. She lives in Harlem and enjoys volunteering with NY Cares.
