Power at the street is served by SoCal Edison. Water though, is a little more tricky. Cedarpines Park Mutual Water Co is not issuing any new water shares at the moment, meaning you can't get a water meter.. This means you really can't develop the parcel until that moratorium ends. When will it end? Your guess is as a good as mine. I have no idea. You might ask the water company directly about that. Camping is also not technically allowed due the SFR zoning. Why buy? Where else can you get land in SoCal for so cheap? Maybe some day the endless suburban sprawl will make its way to this corner of the San Bernardino Mountains. Maybe not. Until then or just the end of the moratorium the lot is truly a great place to do some forest bathing and get lost in nature.
