The freestanding wall behind the bed has built in nightstands and custom wallpaper hand painted in China. Both bedrooms have blackout shades behind the Roman shades, which can be positioned separately at a touch. You have double access to the 16x7 windowed walk-in closet, which has been customized by California Closets. A full length beveled mirror, safe, and numerous drawers and hanging compartments with storage up to ceiling height are ready for you to unpack.

The windowed master bath has the same fixtures and components mentioned above, but with a separate tub and double walk in shower that has a linear drain and converts to a steam room with an interior touch pad control system and built-in drop down bench.

The apartment was gutted to the exterior walls and was foam insulated for sound against walls and both slabs . The double paned, double hung Marvin windows are all new. There are new steam radiators, new central heat and AC with all new mechanicals, ductwork and condenser, newly rewired circuit panels with 200 amperage, and a Nest thermostat.
