The green space next to the complex may not look like much at first glance but it provided us with many opportunities to enjoy all kinds of plants and wildlife (mostly local and migrating birds). We've enjoyed living off of Colorado blvd as it provides quick access to Highlands Ranch shopping areas while having less traffic as it does not connect to 470. The neighbors are great, most have been here for many years.
