The home is livable right now, my wife and I live here. All lighting and light switches are there and functional, it lacks a couple of light fixtures, i.e. dining room light. All plumbing is installed however, our kitchen sink is a temporary fish-cleaning sink. There's a greenhouse area that has a laundry sink and there's a shower in there as well. There's two bathrooms, and toilets. Needs one vanity(master) and a shower and two bathtubs. The Kitchen has several electrical circuits so nothing will trip with overload. That is, the microwave, toaster, air fryer are on separate circuits. We started off with foam walls to separate the rooms, now I have built about 1/2 of the real-drywall walls (that looks funny!) Many things can be negotiate. You may want the temporary sink, or other things intended to be temporary. We have two refrigerators, and an oven- you may want them or we can take them. Outside there are chicken coops, and a shed. Sorry but no garage or carport. There are some restrictions on the 5.54 acres but not too major there is no HOA. We also have painted buntings that visit every day in the spring. What the seller loves about this home
